However, if you cannot find the information you require from our members listed on the site or the organisations featured in the useful links, please complete the contact details shown opposite together with a brief summary of the actual information you need. We will then respond directly, but this may take some time as we source the information you seek. Please note that no promotional material is available from Visit USA, but some destination offices in the UK may be able to assist.

Legislation covering USA entry regulations is complex and all passport and visa enquiries relating to entry into the United States must be addressed to the US Government.
Visit USA is an association of 200 private organisations all involved in UK-USA travel and has neither the facilities nor the authority to handle and answer any such enquirie that it receives.
For any such enquiries - including matters concerning eligibility to travel, passports,visas, studying or working in the USA, temporary or permanent immigration and customs regulations - please go to the US Embassy website http://london.usembassy.gov or call them on 09068 200290 (60p per minute) for recorded information or 09042 450100 (£1.20 per minute) live service.
