The trend for craft beer has seen a huge increase in the number of independent breweries throughout the country. Craft brewing began in the mid sixties in the USA. You'll find its largest taproom a couple of hours' drive away in Visalia, in the heart of the largest agricultural area in the USA. The 12,000 square foot space has two stages, a massive beer garden and 26 taps of BarrelHouse beers.
