Day 1 - Arrive in Boston, New England's biggest city and steeped in history. Wander the Freedom Trail, taking in 16 sites of interest from the Colonial and Revolutionary eras or take a trip to Quincy Market, which feels a little like Covent Garden in London.
Day 3 - Kennebunkport is one of Maine's most popular seaside towns - be sure to stop in at Salem, MA on your way to take in the history of the famous witch trails of the 1600's.
Day 4 - Bar Harbor is known as the gateway to Arcadia National Park, where you can enjoy hiking, biking and climbing.
Day 6 - Arrive in Jackson, NH and the White Mountains, home to Mt Washington, the highest mountain in the north-east.
Day 8 - Drive along the Kancamagus Highway, one of the wildest scenic highways in the States towards Stowe, VT where you can pay a visit to the nearby Ben & Jerry's ice cream factory.
Day 10 - Today, you will make your way into the Berkshires, arriving in Stockbridge, MA, that epitomises the image of a New England town.
Day 11 - Make sure to check out Newport's Ocean Drive, where some of New England's grandest mansions are perched. Spend some time on one of Newport's spectacular beaches, or stroll the Cliff Walk for more views of the mansions and sea.
Day 13 - Arrive in the famous Cape Cod area today. As well as exploring the many beautiful small towns on the mainland and relaxing on the beaches, you could also catch the ferry over to the islands of Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard.
Day 15 - Make your way back to Boston ready for your flight home.
