Empire State Building Observatory NEWS: TripAdvisor

Arguably THE iconic New York landmark, the Empire State Building has been voted the #1 Attraction in the United States and #3 Worldwide by TripAdvisor Travelers in the 2022 Travelers’ Choice Best of the Best. Based on a full year of TripAdvisor reviews, the Travelers’ Choice Awards honour the best in-travel and recognize the places that deliver the most exceptional experiences.

This follows a $165m investment in the attraction which includes a dedicated visitors’ entrance, the launch of a 10,000 sq. foot museum and exhibits that takes visitors on a journey through the history of the Empire State Building, from the time it was first conceived in the late 1920s to its place in pop-culture today.

“The Empire State Building’s recently reimagined Observatory Experience is an authentic, must-visit attraction with a brand-new, immersive museum and unmatched views from the heart of New York City,”said Jean-Yves Ghazi, president of the Empire State Building Observatory. “We are so pleased that TripAdvisor’s user-generated reviews have acknowledged our Observatory Experience as the best of the best, not only in New York but throughout the country. We are grateful to every member of our Observatory team, without whom this experience and recognition are not possible.”

With the US having lifted the COVID-19 test required to enter the country as of June 12, the time is now perfect for everyone to see for themselves why the Empire State Building is the best in class!

And to make it an even more memorable experience, visitors can live the luxe life with the All-Access Guided Tour. Guests can walk in the footsteps of their favourite celebrities as they enter the Empire State Building through a private entrance, lounge in the celebrity green room, enjoy complimentary snacks and drinks, and walk the red carpet for an express trip to the top. The All-Access Guided Tour includes time to take in the views from the iconic open-air 86th Floor Observatory, and the climate-controlled 102nd Observatory.
