Passports, US Visas & ESTA

Legislation covering USA entry regulations is complex and all passport and visa enquiries relating to entry into the United States must be addressed to the US Government

Visit USA is an association of 200 private organisations all involved in UK-USA travel and has neither the facilities nor the authority to handle and answer any such enquiries.

For matters concerning eligibility to travel, passports, visas, studying or working in the USA, temporary or permanent immigration and customs regulations - please go to the US Embassy website: https://uk.usembassy.gov.
