The Benefits of Being a Member

The Visit USA Association (UK) was established over twenty years ago to promote leisure travel from the UK to and within the USA. As a membership organisation, governed by an elected voluntary Board of Directors, Visit USA (UK) has a structure of committees to organise and direct a number of activities and projects. Our current membership of over 200 includes organisations from every facet of the travel industry: airlines, hotels, tour operators, attractions, destinations and industry suppliers.

The annual membership fee 2020/21 of £490 for Full Membership or $425 for Associate Membership opens the door to a number of key benefits for members, offering an opportunity to gain a share of voice in the UK market to three key audiences - the UK travel trade, UK travellers eager to explore the US and the UK travel media, plus access to a number of subsidised and pay-to-play activities that have become major annual events in the industry’s social and business calendars:

Annual Travel Planner

Annual Travel Planner published in print and digital, listing all Visit USA members - 65,000 printed copies in 2019/20 widely distributed at leading UK consumer travel shows, Visit USA trade and media events and to targeted trade and consumers via a marketing plan that currently includes insertion with The Saturday Telegraph Ultratravel Magazine, Selling Travel magazine, direct placement in key retail, hotel and leisure establishments in selected UK cities, circa 20,000 per year are sent direct to consumers via the Visit USA website and by way of digital downloads.
