The Visit USA Association (UK) was established over 20 years ago to promote leisure travel from the UK to and within the USA. Our current membership has returned to its pre-Covid level of over 180 members and includes organisations from every facet of the travel industry, including airlines, hotels, tour operators, attractions, states and destinations.
The annual membership fee for 2024 is £562 + VAT for Full Membership (with UK representation) or £412 for Associate Membership. Participation opens the door to a number of key benefits for members, offering an opportunity to gain a share of voice in the UK market to three key audiences - the UK travel trade, UK travellers and the UK travel media, plus access to a number of subsidised and pay-to-play activities.
During the coming membership year, Visit USA will run face-to-face events to continue communication with all audiences – members, media and trade - and provide added value to members wherever possible.
The Visit USA Travel Planner launches each January, and with a print run of 33,000 it's distributed via key events and media. It features all our members and their contact details (plus a direct link to the organisation’s website from the digital version) and sixty pages of inspirational content which continues to highlight the diversity of the USA.

The visitusa.org.uk website attracted more than 350,000 visits in 2024 - an uplift of over 50% compared to 2023. Members control their own profile and content page, and can add news items, brochures and travel ideas. Profile views amounted to over 1.4m last year.
The Visit USA Blog is becoming increasingly popular, with new features each week to showcase Visit USA members and their stateside offerings. The blog enjoyed more than 275,000 views in 2024, an increase of 85% year on year.
Member brochures can be uploaded to the Visit USA website and this section has been revised to highlight the collateral available online. Over 68,000 brochure views were recorded in 2024.
