California
MOUNTAIN VIEW RV CAMPING (STARTING AT $57/NIGHT)
This Mountain Views RV campground is just north of the otherworldly Mono Lake and has every amenity you could need for hip camping –– full hookups, showers, a kitchen, kayaks, and nightly bonfires with spectacular views of 10,000 feet peaks thrown in.  
Colorado
DENA M.’S LAND (STARTING AT $35/NIGHT)
Dena M.’s Land is a Hipcamp site on a working farm, providing alpaca wool for clothing companies. around the country. It’s right in the heart of Colorado wine country too, with over a dozen vineyards within a fifteen-minute drive. Adventure tourists can also hike the spectacular canyons of the Colorado National Monument.
Montana
PEACEFUL WOODS NEAR GLACIER NP TAWN B.’S LAND (STARTING AT $50/NIGHT) Located just 10 minutes from Flathead Lake and 45 minutes from Glacier National Park, this rustic little spot is the perfect place to base yourself on a Montana road trip. It has all the creature comforts like water and electrical hookups and Wi-Fi, but is well-suited for those wanting to kick back in nature or have a wild adventure.
Utah
SUNSET CAMPGROUND ON RUIN ROAD (STARTING AT $22/NIGHT) Sunset Campground on Ruin Road is near Blanding and close to Bears Ears National Monument, Natural Bridges National Monument, Hovenweep National Monument, and Monument Valley. Several Native American pueblo sites can also be found just outside the campground.
Vermont
GRASSY AREA BEHIND BARN (STARTING AT $50/NIGHT) This beautiful camping space sits adjacent to the bucolic Snow Farm Vineyard on South Hero Island. It’s only half an hour from bustling Burlington and the shops of Church Street but feels a world away when you’re relaxing on the shore of Lake Champlain with a glass of Snow Farm’s Vidal Blanc.
Washington
RV SITE - POWER AND WATER (STARTING AT $59/NIGHT) This is the only RV park on Orcas Island, the largest island in the San Juans, and offers water and electrical hookups, along with showers. Eastsound, the main town on the island, is less than 10 minutes away and is chock full of art galleries, great restaurants, and cute boutique shops.
