1. Wallowa Lake State Park 
Located in Eastern Oregon near LaGrande, Wallowa Lake State Park is nestled between an ancient glacial lake and the Wallowa Mountains. That means families who like hiking or spending time on the water will find no shortage of things to do here.

2. LaPine State Park
Not far from Bend, Oregon, along the Deschutes River is one of the best places for family camping in Oregon: LaPine State Park. Fishing, floating, hiking, and mountain biking are among the most popular activities in the park.
Amenities: LaPine State Park offers a wide variety of amenities to campers year-round: hiking trails, an RV dump station,picnic areas, boat ramps, and scenic overlooks.
3. Mazama Village Campground
Ever wanted to camp in an old-growth forest at 6,000 feet? At Mazama Village Campground, you can. This Oregon family camping site is located just a few miles from the rim of Crater Lake, so families can explore the natural beauty of Crater Lake National Park.
Amenities: Only open in the summer, Mazama Village Campground doesn’t get any cell phone reception, but it makes up for it with a full roster of amenities: picnic sites, laundry facilities and a camp store.
4. Oxbow Regional Park
Families looking to camp closer to civilization will enjoy Oxbow Regional Park’s proximity to Portland. The park provides an access point to the Sandy River Gorge, where campers can fish, whitewater raft, kayak and even see salmon spawn.
Amenities: Oxbow Regional Park has just about everything you need for family-friendly camping: shower and restroom buildings, picnic areas as well as an endless list of beautiful sights to see.
5. Bend/Sisters Garden RV Resort
Located in Sisters, Oregon — a small Central Oregon town with an unmistakable Old Western theme — Bend/Sisters Garden RV Resort was made for RV family camping in Oregon. With on-site amenities like a playground for the kids, you can focus on relaxing while the kids have fun.
