WEST COAST CAMPING SITES: WASHINGTON
Newhalem Creek Campground
Amenities: Located in North Cascades National Park, this RV campground allows pets, offers trash collection services, and is close to the park's visitor center. Across the road from the Skagit River, it is surrounded by fir trees, with various kinds of bushes dotting the landscape. There are no hookups, but restrooms are available.
Log Cabin Resort RV and Campground
This campground with West Coast camping sites is open seasonally from late May to late September. Located within Olympic National Park, every site has a fire pit and picnic tables. There are centrally-located restrooms, along with coin-operated laundry facilities. You can also rent a boat to go out on Lake Crescent.
WEST COAST CAMPING SITES: OREGON
Fort Stevens State Park Campground
A military installation from the Civil War through the Second World War, Fort Stevens State Park is a popular destination in northwest Oregon. The campground is open year-round. Wash off in the hot showers, enjoy the convenience of flush toilets, and make use of the RV dump station.
Sunset Bay State Park Campground
You're only a short walk from the beach at Oregon's Sunset Bay State Park. With sea cliffs providing a stunning backdrop, you can go beachcombing, swimming, fishing, and boating nearby, or make use of connected trails to go hiking. There are a mix of full hookup sites and water and electric sites, along with restrooms with showers.
WEST COAST CAMPING SITES: CALIFORNIA
Candlestick RV Park
San Francisco, the City by the Bay, is wide open for you to explore while you stay at a full hookup RV site at Candlestick RV Park. Meanwhile, a laundromat, game room, and grocery store are available on-site, along with clean restrooms and showers. West Coast camping doesn't get much more friendly and luxurious than this.
Malibu Beach RV Park
Malibu Beach RV Park is just off the Pacific Coast Highway, perfect for a West Coast camping stopover. You have access to full hookups, fire pits, and a laundry room. If you want to stay at an RV park in Malibu, this is the only one. But with both ocean and mountain views, it is one of the more gorgeous campgrounds on the West Coast.
