CEB Tower Observation Deck opens in Arlington offering spectacular views of Washington, DC

The newest attraction in Arlington, Virginia, has opened in the Rosslyn neighbourhood. The Observation Deck at CEB Tower is situated 31 stories high at the top of the new CEB Tower office complex and boasts an outdoor cantilevered terrace offering visitors spectacular 360° panoramic views of Washington DC’s famous monuments and landmarks, The Pentagon and Arlington Cemetery.
Designed to give visitors an educational and immersive experience, The Observation Deck includes interactive touch screen displays and state-of-the-art, multisided holographic displays to scroll deeper into the landmarks and bring historical figures to life to tell their stories.
Northern Virginia’s Arlington, known for the Pentagon and Arlington National Cemetery, is an eclectic urban hub of culture and history.  Since being part of the original ’10-mile square’ surveyed in 1791 to be the U.S. capital, Arlington has been at the centre of pivotal moments in history including the Civil War, Watergate, 9/11 and more. Located along the Potomac River with spectacular views of Washington, D.C., Arlington is home to dynamic, lively neighbourhoods that mix soaring high-rises and turn-of-the-century homes, high-end shopping and funky boutiques, upscale dining and neighbourhood pizza places.
Washington, D.C. is easily accessible from these ‘Urban Villages’ via the region’s Metrorail system, taxi, foot, bus, and Capital BikeShare, so visitors can experience the best of both worlds, the power city of D.C. and the friendly, laid-back vibe of Arlington. There are 45 hotels in Arlington offering a variety of accommodation options which, on average, are 20% cheaper than downtown D.C.
General admission tickets start from $21 (approx. £16) per adult, $16 (approx. £12) per student/senior citizen and $11 (approx. £8.50) for youths aged 5-13.
