Centre Stage: Lubbock's Live Music Venues

Boasting more live music venues per capita than any other city in Texas, Lubbock sets the stages for live music! Whether you prefer to rock out with a craft beer or savor High Plains wine with jazz, Lubbock’s local talent performs nearly every night of the week.
Buddy Holly Hall of Performing Arts and Sciences
Don’t miss your chance to visit this gorgeous, new performance art hall in the Arts District for an unforgettable experience! Here, Broadway productions and headlining performances take the stage in the 2,500 seat, NC-15 rated main theater, the Helen DeVitt Jones Theater.
Cactus Theater
As host to some of the best live music in West Texas, the stage of the Cactus Theater hosts both traditional and unique sounds. Once a movie theater in the 1930s, the Cactus is home to concerts throughout the year.
Chances R Nightclub
Looking to scoot a boot? Be sure to check out this local honky-tonk. The solid oak dance floor is perfect for two-stepping. Boot and pearl snaps welcome!
