The U.S. Marshals Museum is OPEN in Fort Smith!

The U.S. Marshals Museum is NOW OPEN along the banks of the mighty Arkansas River in historic downtown Fort Smith, and we couldn't be more excited to invite you to be among the first to rediscover America through the lens of its oldest federal law enforcement agency! Uncover the critical, ever-evolving role of the U.S. Marshals Service as you explore five exhibit galleries that reveal tales from colonial and frontier days to modern time. You can also pay tribute to more than 350 Marshals killed in the line of duty since 1789 in the Samuel M. Sicard Hall of Honor, and enjoy educational programming through the museum's National Learning Center.
The Museum features FIVE immersive galleries that educate guests about the critical, ever-evolving role of America's oldest federal law enforcement agency in upholding the Rule of Law, driven by justice, integrity and service. The Museum’s National Learning Center will combine the Museum experience with educational programming focused on the Constitution, the Rule of Law, and civic literacy. It will engage local and national audiences using a variety of resources.
