Located only 115 km from New York City by car and 90 minutes by train, Dutchess is easy to reach from NYC by train ride along the Hudson River on Amtrak (NY Penn Station) and Metro-North Railroad (Grand Central Station) with trains leaving approximately every hour to Dutchess County stops Beacon, Poughkeepsie and Rhinecliff. Fly/Drive travelers can now fly Norwegian Air from Edinburgh and Belfast direct to Stewart International Airport in the Hudson Valley which is only 15 minutes from Dutchess County.
