Miami Spice and Spa Months are back

From 1 August to 30 September, the popular culinary programme (Miami Spice) invites guests to enjoy prix-fixe, three-course menus at a minimum of 30% savings at more than 300 participating restaurants across Greater Miami & Miami Beach – providing a great way for UK travellers to save money on their travels to Miami this summer.
While Miami Spa, which runs from from 1 July to 31 August, invites locals and visitors to experience Miami’s finest wellness treatments and therapies from more than 30 participating spas across the destination at prices 40%-50% less than regular service rates (Tier 1 at £81, Tier 2 at £119, and Tier 3 at £148).
Why are both programmes special?
Miami Spice continues to highlight the destination’s diverse and world-renowned dining scene, with lunch and brunch menus priced at £26 and dinner menus from £33-£44. Restaurants span over 20 neighbourhoods and represent cuisine from across the globe and range from award-winning fine dining and beloved local gems to highly anticipated new openings. This year’s programme also continues its support of local nonprofit Camillus House, which provides services for individuals experiencing homelessness. Guests will find a QR code on all Miami Spice menus encouraging donations, making it easy to give back while dining out. In addition, the first cumulative donation of £18,681 made by Miami Spice patrons will be matched by the GMCVB.
Miami Spa Months has grown into the destination’s premier annual wellness celebration. Returning for the 2025 season, the programme continues to spotlight the region’s world-class hotel, day and med spas, offering exclusive access to limited-time treatments designed to rejuvenate the mind, body and spirit. These curated experiences blend time-honoured wellness traditions with cutting-edge techniques, delivering transformative self-care moments that support the GMCVB’s health-forward approach.
David Whitaker, President & CEO of the Greater Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau said, “For over two decades, Miami Spice Restaurant Month has been a much-anticipated celebration of Miami’s best restaurants, chefs and culinary creativity, above all, the opportunity for residents and visitors alike to experience our best at a significant savings.”
“With literally hundreds of restaurants participating, Miami Spice provides the opportunity for diners to explore new restaurants in neighbourhoods and food districts throughout Miami-Dade County. We are especially proud and warmly invite our diners to use this opportunity to generate awareness and support the important work of Camillus House and their work addressing homelessness. Learn more while you visit our partner restaurants and how you can participate – and thank you in advance.”
While “Miami Spa Months is a celebration of wellness that reflects our community’s commitment to health, relaxation and self-care.”
“Now in its 18th year, the programme continues to elevate Miami and our spa partners as a global wellness destination, offering visitors and residents alike access to world-class treatments that restore balance and promote well-being.”
