The popular 80’s themed pop-up bar, Pier Summit Ski Lodge, returns to transport guests to a decade of the past this winter. Neon-hued décor and lighting complimented by kitschy eighties trademarks and a life-size yeti transform the cozy space at the Kimpton Shorebreak while servers, outfitted in retro one-piece ski outfits, will present menu items showcased through vintage viewfinders. Lodge-goers can enjoy a selection of affectionately named craft cocktails such as “Ski Lift,” “Big Foot,” “Snow Bunny,” and “Shot Ski”.

New this season is an exclusive holiday speakeasy Oak & Ember at Pasea Hotel & Spa’s Treehouse rooftop bar. Inspired by the rustic charm of a cozy wood cabin at Christmastime, this pop-up experience blends coastal cool with fireside nostalgia. Visitors can sip their way through a menu of themed cocktails crafted to ignite their holiday spirit, enjoy interactive activations and giveaways, and unwind in plush lounge seating surrounded by flickering candlelight and glowing ember-inspired décor. Each evening promises a new spark of magic as the rooftop transforms into a hidden haven of festive indulgence above the Pacific Ocean. Holiday igloos return to Pasea Hotel & Spa for the second year in a row, featuring festival holiday fun by the pool between swaying palm trees and with an ocean view of the beach.
