****Exciting announcement on new Cruise America International Depot****

The USA is often described as ‘melting pot’ of cultures, immigration, music, languages and history. Nowhere is that metaphor more relevant and significant that the great Southern city of New Orleans. If you like interesting architecture, history, festivals and all things fun in life, then no other city is the USA does it better.
Everybody knows it is the hometown of Jazz music, but the city is filled with bars playing all varieties of music, some you might never of heard every night in nearly every bar in the city. No visit would be complete without spending some time in the famous French Quarter, often called the crown jewel of New Orleans. Known for the history of Jackson Square, the sheer fun of an evening along Bourbon street and the old-world charm of the buildings that line the street corners.
If you can drag yourself away from all that fun, there are plenty of other areas and neighbourhoods worthy of your time. The Arts/Warehouse district is the place the sophisticated and trendy, whilst the Uptown neighbourhood is the most handsome of them all, known for its grand mansions and the historic St. Charles Avenue streetcar, the oldest continuously operated streetcar in the world.
The Cruise America depot itself is based close to the city of Baton Rouge, to the northwest of New Orleans. If you have the time, we would certainly suggest you explore the capital city of Louisiana. Sitting on the banks of the might Mississippi river, this city offers you the chance to explore the eclectic cultural of this great state.
Spend some time exploring the state capitol building, which is the tallest in the country, or book a tour allowing you the chance to see many of the antebellum homes spread throughout the city. Whilst tickets for the game itself may be hard to come by, joining a tailgate party at a Louisiana State University Tigers college American football game is almost a religious experience in this part of the world.
