For those craving a Philadelphia cheesesteak, Campo’sDeli has provided a recipe to help bring the taste of Philadelphia to the kitchen: 
Ingredients: 1/4 onion. 150g shaved rib-eye steak. 2 cheese slices. 2 tbsp olive oil. 9-inch Italian roll. Salt and pepper.
Method: In a pan, add oil and heat. Add onion followed by salt and pepper and cook until soft. Add rib-eye and a pinch of salt and pepper. Cook for 45 seconds, then flip and cook for another 30 seconds. Add slices of cheese on top of steak to melt. Transfer onto a sliced Italian roll and enjoy!
