Celebrating 100 years of Kentucky's state parks

On Friday, officials celebrated the 100th anniversary of Kentucky State Parks.  Governor Andy Beshear says state parks are a significant part of Kentucky's tourism.
There’s no way to pick the best Kentucky State Park because each park has its own unique attributes! Play nationally recognized golf courses, stay in a state park lodge or cabin, pitch a tent or bring the RV to a campground, hike a trail or visit a state historic site.
