The Colorado Avalanche, Colorado Rapids, Colorado Rockies, Denver Broncos and Denver Nuggets all call Denver home!  Concerts ramp up in June at Red Rocks Amphitheatre, a jaw-dropping, 300-million-year-old natural sandstone venue, named the world’s best outdoor amphitheater by Rolling Stone. Live out loud during Denver PrideFest in June, celebrating the LGBTQ community. Savor samples from the best chefs and eateries in the state at A Taste of Colorado in downtown Denver in September. Cheers to craft beer during Denver Beer Week in the fall, and in 2022, the largest beer competition in the world, Great American Beer Festival, returns to The Mile High City.
